“O flock of heavenly cranes cover my child with your wings.” – Japanese mother's prayer

It is believed that cranes live for 1,000 years, and that folding 1,000 origami cranes will ensure that a wish comes true.

Their hands are like the wings of the cranes – protecting, caring for and bringing happiness to the lives our Japanese Canadian and new immigrant seniors.
